Follow-up and rehabiliation sessions

Your recovery doesn’t stop after the first session. During your follow-up appointments, we guide you through a structured rehabilitation process, progressing your treatment and exercises as you improve.

Your rehab is broken down into clear phases, so you always know what you’re working towards:

Early Phase

Focus on reducing pain, improving movement, and settling the injury.

  • Pain management

  • Restoring basic mobility

  • Gentle, targeted exercises

Mid Phase

Focus on rebuilding strength, control, and confidence.

  • Progressive strengthening

  • Improving movement quality

  • Increasing load safely

Late Phase

Focus on returning you to full activity, sport, or performance.

  • Advanced strengthening and conditioning

  • Sport- or activity-specific training

  • Injury prevention strategies

We work through each phase with you, ensuring you’re progressing at the right pace and performing your exercises correctly.

Our goal is not just to get you out of pain, but to get you back to full strength and reduce the risk of the injury returning.
