
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
At The Well Physio & Rehab, we value your time and strive to provide the best care possible. To help us manage our schedule and ensure availability for all clients, we ask that you respect the following policies:
Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to attend an appointment without notice, may be subject to a charge equal to the full session fee.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen, please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll review the situation fairly.
Refunds

As payment is typically taken after your appointment, refunds are not usually applicable unless you have prepaid for a service.

If you have prepaid and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Missed appointments or short-notice cancellations (less than 24 hours) are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule appointments at no extra cost provided you give 24 hours notice.

If less than 24 hours notice is given, this will be treated as a cancellation, and the session fee may still apply before booking your next appointment.
Acknowledgement
When you book an appointment (online, by phone, or in person), you will receive confirmation of your booking. By confirming your appointment, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our cancellation and refund policy.
