We start by taking the time to understand you and your situation, including: - How and when your injury developed - A full timeline of your symptoms - Your training, work, and lifestyle demands - What you want to get back to, whether that’s sport, the gym, or everyday life You’ll then undergo a thorough physical assessment to identify the root cause of your pain and how it’s affecting your movement and performance. We’ll explain our findings clearly and confidently, so you leave with a full understanding of: - What’s causing your pain - Why it’s happening - What needs to be done to fix it Together, we’ll build a personalised rehabilitation plan based on your goals, your lifestyle, and your injury. Rehabilitation here is not just a list of exercises. Your plan will be: - Structured into clear phases - Progressed at the right time, not rushed, not delayed - Matched to your individual healing and recovery timeline So you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what comes next. Where appropriate, hands-on treatment such as massage or manual therapy will be included in your initial assessment to help reduce pain and improve movement. But your recovery doesn’t stop when the session ends. You’ll receive: - Ongoing support and guidance between sessions - Clear progression at each stage of your rehab - A physio who works with you until you’re back to your best, not just pain-free, but performing with confidence This is a collaborative process; we work together to get you out of pain, moving better, and back to doing what you love.
