Follow-up sessions are where your recovery continues to move forward. Each session is focused on reviewing your progress, making the right adjustments, and ensuring you’re on track to reach your goals as efficiently and safely as possible. We begin by reviewing how you’ve been getting on since your last session, including: - Changes in your symptoms and pain levels - How your rehab has been progressing - Any challenges or concerns you’ve had This allows us to adapt your plan and keep your recovery moving in the right direction. Your rehab will progress in line with your recovery, not rushed, and not left behind. We will: - Build on your current exercises to restore strength, movement, and control - Introduce new phases of rehab when you’re ready - Gradually prepare you for a return to sport, the gym, or full daily activity Every step has a purpose, so you always know what you’re working towards. Where needed, hands-on treatment such as massage or manual therapy will be used to support your recovery, reduce pain, and improve movement. You’ll also continue to receive: - Clear guidance on what you should and shouldn’t be doing - Ongoing support between sessions if questions arise - A structured approach that keeps you progressing with confidence Our focus is not just to reduce your pain, but to get you back to performing at your best. We can continue working together until you are: - Moving confidently - Back to your usual activities or sport - Equipped with the tools to stay injury-free long-term Each session builds on the last, giving you a clear, structured path back to full performance.
